Nick Church & Associates was launched by Nick Church in 2025, following over 25 years working in a variety of workplace relations roles, including for employers, unions and as a management consultant. Nick represented the employer group in the multi-employer Victorian Disability Services (NGO) Agreement 2023 negotiations with relevant unions. Nick continues to represent Victorian employers in bargaining with HACSU and AEU.
